Company Established

The company’s established with 2 single production lines with ±90-120 million pcs/annum.

1988

1998 - 2004

Expansion

  • 1998 : 1 new production line added and capacity increased to ±150-180 million pcs/annum.
  • 2000 : The 4th production line installed and increased production capacity up to ±250 million pcs/annum.
  • 2003 : 2 more production lines added and changed the capacity up to ±420 million pcs/annum.
  • 2004 : The 7th and 8th production line installed and boost production capacity to ±588 million pcs/annum.

Acquisition of PT. SHN

Acquistion of PT. Separindo Hevea Nusantara, a Latex Concentrate Factory at Damuli. This was a strategic move that greatly support and strengthen our company, enable us to gain greater control over our raw material sourcing further enhancing our supply chain efficiency and quality control processes.

2007

Sustainability Milestone

Converted all lines from LNG powered to Biomass. Company installed Thermal Fluid Heater for the heating system. A step to environmental responsibility with renewable and sustainable energy.

Another Sustainability Milestone

Company decided to eliminate all the online chlorination process in all the products, replaced with state-of-the-art online polymer coated process without compromising the quality to empower the sustainable manufacturing program.

Expansion

  • 1 new production line installed and increased the total production capacity to ±612 million pcs/annum.
  • The second Thermal Fluid Heater completely installed.

Starting on a small lot with  ±3.600 sqm of land, PT. Maja Agung Latexindo has since grown and now acquired the site of operation of  ±26.000 sqm to support the future growth and expansion which already in our grand master plan.
